Gideon Christian Ministries was initally started in Ireland in 2002 by Pastor Ola Olagesin as Gideon International Ministries.  This is an 'End Time' Prophetic Ministry of which the primary aim is to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the scripture and the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The vision of the church as revealed by the Holy Spirit was communicated to the Leadership Team and remains intact to this day. They are as follows:

• To preach the Gospel to all corners of the world

• To raise new disciples through the teaching on the Word of God and training in its application

• To support the development of the community wherever the church is located by providing pastoral care and voluntary assistance

• To write and distribute materials necessary for the growth and development of the body of Christ for both believers and non-believers

• To use various media to reach out to the wider community in the form of radio and television broadcast, sale of CDs ro DVDs, internet streaming and/or online presence

• Proselytise by means of direct and indirect contact with individuals paying due regards to individuals liberty

Members of the church are expected to pursue the characteristic of Christ and pursue these objectives in accordance with the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ.
